  Every time I order off the app and pick it up through drive thru the bag is not sealed with a tamper seal or the shake does t have the tamper sticker over open holes

  The manager who waited on me was very friendly and respectful. The food came out quickly and was made with care. I have been to other Arby's, and they slap it together. I ate in, and the place was very clean. I accidentally spilled some pop by the machine. I let them know about it, and they came right out and cleaned it up, and you would never know I spilled it.

  Last night, A worker was mopping floors in the lobby without wearing any gloves. He then went behind the counter and started handling orders without washing his hands. If I see this again, I will be contacting the Eaton County Health Department.

  I don't mind paying a little more for a sandwich but there was hardly any meat or my French dip. Usually they are pretty good but this was not worth the money for sure and the staff is not very personable or friendly
