  4/1 - 10:30pm - I am unsure of her name but there was a woman working drive thru. SHE IS AMAZING. Super friendly and always provides amazing service! She’s a superstar!

  I was given the wrong order. When I brought it back, I was informed how I screwed up everyone else's orders by messing up the flow. You handed me a bag, what else am I to think. Trash service. Wasn't even busy.

  I don't know what they are up to but it's not listening to their customers. I asked for sauces and got none. The fish sandwich was dry and the flavor was not that good. The Ruben sandwich my son in law got had to be cooked at my house before he could eat it.They seriously need to step up their game. They also need to bring back strawberry shakes, my daughter had her heart set on one. I used to love Arby's too

  I could’ve went to Wendy’s I could’ve went to Burger King. I could’ve went to McDonald’s. I could’ve went to Taco Bell and spent just as much money or less. I asked for two turnovers one cherry one apple why do I bite in the two apple turnovers? I asked for light ice while I get regular ice why I’m trying not to be mean here but come on man.

  All I'm gonna say is, Matt, when my survey comes in.... you should know that I'm slightly unhinged but I definitely gave you a great one. To everyone else: call Matt the Sauce Paladin if you see him. He will understand once the survey hits. Dude was awesome. I asked for more sauce and he thought I would need and he understood the assignment.
