I went through drive the through and ordered some biggie bags, wanting sweet and sour. I was told sweet and sour was no longer available but I could try this new sauce called sweet chili. I asked if I could get one to try and was told she would have to charge me. I understand for a sauce that has been out for a while, but for a new sauce that replaced an old one just to try?
I then wait for my food, roughly 2-3 minutes which isn't an issue, and discover that there were no straws for my drinks, no spoons for the frostys, the food was cold, and I was missing a sauce for one of the biggie bags. All of this seems intentionally done by the staff.

Not the best wendys I've ever been to, but definitely not the worst. Had a few good experiences and 1 terrible one. Hopefully as time goes on the good will far out weigh the bad. The food is fresh and generally well made, but they have a problem remember what you ordered / checking what they have put in the bag.

2nd time lady at front counter has messed up my order. One of my baconator patties was not cooked properly. Cashier was using foul language and bad talking the rest of the crew. Complete lack of professionalism. Tried calling to inform the manager the meat is under cooked and the phone was answered but just left off the hook.

Just waited 25 minutes to receive a barely warm bag of food that had been sitting out and forgotten about. We were told it’d be a couple minutes for fresh chicken, but no one delivered the bag when ready.
