  Was really pumped to have this place open so close, but to be frank, the place kinda sucks. The staff aren't bad, and it's always clean. Unfortunately that's where the good stops. They can't seem to get an order right and the soft shells are always rock hard. Also there's no menu inside, what's up with that? I love Taco Bell and this one could be great but it needs some serious work

  Taco bell put a lot of money into a building and nothing else. I was so excited for them to come but the food is so disgusting it isnt edible. Taco bell is one of my favorites but, this location needs training, consistency, and someone who actually cares to get it up to par. Its embarrassing honestly.

  Service sucks and after paying for extra toppings it looks like they added less than what would come on a regular. Food doesn’t taste the best and had to stand at the register for over 15 minutes before anyone acts like your there.

  Went through the drive thru received horrible customer service while having my order taken as well as when I was receiving my order. Called the restaurant to tell them my food was horrible. The response from the shift manager was “ that’s what everyone is saying.” I don’t know what you want me to do. Then proceed to hang up on me. I called back the manager then set the phone down and didn’t respond to anything I was saying . TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

  My food tasted horrible and looked like it had been sitting for many hours. My Mexican pizza looked as if it sat for a long time and they just added cheese. My chips tasted as if they were burnt.
