  The store manager is Morgan Andritis and this woman legit 1) called a disabled elderly woman a retard because she has a damaged voice box and can’t speak loud. B) refused to offer help or assistance with order taking due to our crew being hearing and vision impaired and couldn’t work the kiosk. 3)she cursed at an elderly disabled woman and in front of our autistic 14 year old 4) she stated that nothing could be done on our end for repercussions because she was the store runner and Taco Bell was a franchise. I’ve been calling for two weeks now and still have not been allowed to talk to anyone regarding this. How does one get involved with the franchise store owner?

  Thought I would try taco bell for the first time in awhile. I just spent $28.34 on a lifetime education! I will never do that again. First, that new computer ordering nonsense is ridiculous. My biggest issue was this (pictures) They might as well advertise "Cardboard rapping on whatever we throw together." Now I'm not an expert on what a "Beef Chalupa" but that's the strangest "beef" I've ever seen. Finally, the shell was so old that it was harder than a brick. So if you enjoy disappointment with a brick meal. This??? Taco?? Bell is for you. I'll never go back. Hey taco bell, you owe me $28.34 plus gas and waste of time tax.

  Every damn time I’ve been there they have forgot something. How hard is it to do your job correctly. Always rude at the window just tossing your food to you. And can’t seem to put an order together. Ridiculous
