- JSJKendall Smith5 days ago1.0-Make sure you double check your order in the drive thru because they obviously don't. -Today made the 2nd time (in a row) that my order was missing items. -The first time, ordered 2 hotcakes and sausage (among other things) only to get home and have no sausage in either hotcakes. -Today, ordered 2 hotcakes and sausage, 6 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and a drink. -While still at the window, checked the hotcakes to make sure sausage was there. -Got home only to find I was missing 2 of the breakfast sandwiches. -This is ridiculous....the order is on the screen, they have to look at it to bag it and another at the window should be double checking it. -Why bother calling to complain...even if they offered to give the stuff, I'd still have to get back into the car and drive back down there (15 miles round trip and about another 30 minutes on the road).
