  Picked up a DoorDash order here a couple of weeks ago. Walked in, indicated who the order was for, and almost instantly, the larger, red-haired girl working at the drive-thru gave me the dirtiest, most sour look and scowled that "I can pick up a straw over there" while passing the drink and pointing her stubby hand at the dispenser. The other person working appeared to be delivering the same "service with a smile" to another customer. I don't know if I just walked in when the vibe was "off" but it was the oddest, most negative interaction I've had within memory. The other customer walked out with me and we just shook our heads at how unpleasant the two tropical gestapo members were. It was like they were going out of their way to be unpleasant. I guess slinging smoothies and wraps isn't for everyone?

  We asked three times for no chicken, they said yes, it is on the side, we even pulled up and the worker said, " you had chicken on the side, rt?" We get home, we had chicken on our food.   Not impressed with the Kentwood location on 3/18/26 at 4:30pm. Made to order smoothies is what you advertise, but that is not at all what I got. I watched him make it wrong the first time. He offered to make it again- and made it wrong the second time. In fact, he even stopped himself and paused for a few moments because it was obvious that he recognized that he had made it wrong again. Instead of owning up to it, he finished making it and handed it to me like nothing had happened. For the cost of these drinks, I'd really appreciate for it to be made to order, like I paid for! To top it all off, the man was drinking a smoothing he had just made for himself as he was taking my order at the cash register. When did that become ok in food service? Super disappointed here. Thankful that in the Grand Rapids area, there's other locations that offer way better service and can fulfill an order correctly on a consistent basis.
