I’ve found there to be a lack of consistency at this Tropical Smoothie location. I will only ever order a peanut butter cup (I know, I like my sweets). Anyways, I absolutely freaking love it when it’s the dude with the glasses who assists me with my order but anytime it’s anyone different, my smoothies are off. Sometimes it the texture, sometimes it’s the taste. And sometimes it’s both. This morning is a specific example. I love the texture but the look and taste is meh. Like where’s the chocolate my dude? $10 for a peanut buttter cup without chocolate be nuts 🥜 🤣 LITERALLY! Not to mention, the smug interaction was not very enlightening. I just wish more nice humans worked in food service.

Ordered my own food through doordash so it'd be ready sooner, watched them place my order in the cubby and unsurprisingly a major part of what I ordered needs an easy and simple container of salsa, which I noticed they failed to provide which was clearly stated on the order and comes WITH said meal?? I had to ask for what I paid for twice and got a severe death stare and attitude.

I can not believe this service we have . The counter person taken orders is absolutely rediculous and he needs to be in training. Over charged by $4.89 I am not happy about it either. If you get a smoothie in traverse city it should be the same in Grand Rapids . Won’t be visiting this location again for sure .

I had the worse experience ever here. Team members were extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent $50 and didn’t receive the correct order🤦🏿♀️ Team members blamed customers for store being busy but only 3 cars were in line and lobby was closed. I will never shop here again and hate I wasted my time and money here

I dont think this location is right?? My google maps took me to a factory. I back out and in again and still. Im really confused. I tried to call the number and no one picked up.
