  Went there for their Lent fish promotion, the fish was not good, heavily breaded and tasteless, was definitely a cheap frozen fish. Could have easily gone to a local grocery store and purchased cheap frozen fish. Also, why is the ice cream machine not working? Ask for a price adjustment for the machine not working, the employee says we should have asked prior to paying. What? Deceptive advertising, don’t waste your time.

  If I could give this 0 starts I would. We visit here often. My daughter loves the buffet and we can’t find any anymore. So we love it here. But this experience changed the frequency of our visits to NEVER again. It is 24 degrees outside, there is NO heat inside of the building. We didn’t realize just how cold until AFTER we paid. They didn’t let us know, nothing. Then, as we were trying to find a table, we couldn’t. There was food stacked high on tables, dirty plates, disgusting floors. We couldn’t even find a clean table to sit at. Then when we went to the Buffett to get our food, the peas were slimy, the pasta dry and crispy, the desert pizza table was filthy. The bathrooms had overflowing trash, and feces on the toilet seat. I was appalled. They ended up coming to clean up a few tables but that was the it of it. Waited super long for fresh desert pizza, all while we were freezing but trying to get $50 worth of our food! This was a despicable experience. When going to inform a team member of the tables, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the front counter. Everyone in the kitchen playing around and nobody out checking the dining room and the food on the buffet. This place has gone down hill. It’s terribly sad as this restaurant came highly recommended by us in the past. I’m disgusted.

  DON'T GO! AWFUL! $18 WASTED. I left in 10 minutes, after the 1st slice. The dough was thin, but hard like a shoe's sole, what I thought to be spinach, it was some green that seemed to come out from a pressure cooker. Basil?? You wouldn't ever find it there. DON'T GO!

  We went here for the wing night last night. Unfortunately, it seemed like wings were what the focus was and not the pizza. To make it even worse, the wings were always cold even right after they added new ones. The workers were rarely adding more pizza to the buffet when it was running out, and never added anymore cheese sticks the entire time we were there. I was able to get one cheese stick, but my sister did not get any and they never put more on the buffet. The chicken tenders and hot honey dipping sauce were good. There was a lot of things broken at this location too. The ice cream machine was not working and one of the beverage machines was also broken. They also ask for a tip before when you pay before sitting down. What exactly am I tipping for when nobody clears your table?! We had to take our own used plates to a bussing station, nobody picks up your plates for you. This place is honestly not worth the price. Almost $80 for cold food, not enough pizza at PIZZA ranch, broken ice cream machine, and terrible service. Do not waste your money here.

  Pizza was yesterday pizza they just leave out. Nothing fresh until like a hour. They still leave some left out pizza and replace some of them. The selection could be more. I asked if he could make one then he said there on rotation. Same thing for the rest of the food left over yesterday food. Even the dessert was rock solid. The mash potatoes are instant instead of homemade. No waitress to take any left over plates. Ice cream machine is broken 18 dollars a person is ridiculous for the quality.
