They are constantly forgetting items from my order. The customer service at night is just terrible. They also ignore their drive-thru customers to avoid servicing them to close early. I've submitted a customer care claim already about the service. Hopefully I can get my money back. Even if it's a couple dollars, it's the principle!

When I stood nearby awaiting a pickup she looked at me like this: 🤨 You’d have thought a bean stalk sprouted from my head. After mingling with her bestie, the employee getting chummy looks me dead in the eyes, then walks back behind the faux wall. I waited for another good 5 minutes before a different employee comes to the front (where, mind you, a good 3-4 people are standing waiting for their order) and proceeds to help the DoorDash driver that had just walked in. It seemed like she knew him. Hilariously bad, even for fast food. Just go to the one near target. Enough said.

I ordered a quarter pounder with no ketchup extra onions no onions smothered in ketchup. I ordered a 10 piece with a fry fries nasty and I got a six piece McNugget in my bag and today I ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap with a fry and I got ranch chicken wraps like they always messed up like are you even looking at the screen at this point ridiculous I will never be back
