  Very unimpressed. Called in a to go 6 sandwich party pack at a few minutes after 10am for Noon pickup. At the register at 12:06 and were told it would be 12 minutes. The staff member closest to the register making sandwiches has their hair down with no hair net. There is also a bearded man in the food prep area without a beard net. It is 12:18 and we haven’t received our order yet.

  Everything was good when ordering and it got delivered to my house. They just forgot my avocado on my sanwhich also my friend got very very light Avacado on their sandwich as well :(

  I can't understand all the "this Jimmy johns is slow" comments. I went in at peak lunch hours and was helped in a timely manner and the food arrived shortly after. Friendly staff as well and the food was yummy

  Just stopped in for lunch. There was one person in line before me. The kid at the counter, Brandon (according to the receipt), seemed very inconvenienced that he had to help anyone at all let alone have them ask for light mayo. Within 45 seconds of arriving I felt unwelcome and as if me being hungry was the worst thing that ever happened in this kids life. Long story short someone needs to hug Brandon.

  I wanted my Vito toasted I had gotten it toasted there before. They said they couldn't do it.
