I've worked a ton of food service jobs in my day so my understanding is very large for people. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Our server was rude to us when we didn't know what we wanted. I ordered a drink and my families food at the same time. The food came out at a decent time, however I hadn't gotten my drink yet.
The server blamed the bartender on my drink for taking so long.
Ok... Even if it was you don't say that to a customer? I see my drink hit the bar HALFWAY through my meal. Me and my family are able to eat our ENTIRE meal before she brings it to us. I grab the manager because of how disappointed I am with the service. The manager only goes and talks to the server. That's it... doesn't apologize, nothing was offered. That's quite literally your job. I would have walked out if I hadn't spent 80 dollars on a game card.
Nothing was done for the terrible service. I'm honestly so disappointed. No thanks. Not worth the 4 hour drive.

First time visiting, didn't order any food. Went there to try the in big VR ride the big one that can ride multiple people at once, we went just for that for my nephews birthday, as we just left Chuckie E. Cheese 🍕 across the street. But when we got there they no longer have the ride so we decided to buy some game time and to let the 2 little ones do the human crane ride too. The atmosphere was fun, somewhere I'd take a girl on a first date if I ever am able to find time to do that again. I would definitely come back again, next time without the little ones and I'm interested in checking out there menu too.

Came here for a fun Valentine’s night and it sucked to put it bluntly. Walking in and immediately saw the trash can overflowed with trash and trash sitting in the entrance way. The one girl working the front looked like she didn’t want to be there. Had to go to the bathroom and there was trash everywhere (not blaming it all on the place) but it looked like a lot of areas were neglected. We played games that were either glitchy or would not even work. A couple of the games would just eat the tickets you paid for which I am frustrated about losing my money. Only good thing was the super nice guy working in the prize center. Shoutout to him.

Don’t waste your money. Games randomly don’t work which happens sometimes with technology but the lack of help or care by the staff is not worth returning. Game stopped working, asked for help, one guy came over and reset it and said it would be 5 minutes and he would be back, he never came back but did walk past and ignore us twice, guessing shift was over along with all his care or effort. Had to ask 2 more people to get someone else over to help. He made it over and finally put the value back on the cards. Nobody seems to want to be there at all and after this trip I’m with them. Other visits were ok but nothing special. Food is mediocre at best and drastically overpriced. Unfortunate given the good times had at other locations and expecting the same here.
