Horrible establishment. Aaron Synder does a horrible job at managing this establishment and I as a customer should not have to look at the abhorrent trash that has accumulated on the interior and exterior of this Chipotle. Additionally, on 3 separate visits within a 10 day span they have been out of guacamole, chicken, and steak, and this was after waiting 30 minutes for my food due to "poor staffing". This Chipotle has been the worst ive ever been to in my life and my past 3 customer experiences have been extremely poor. I've wasted my entire gift card ($50.00) at this place on horrible food! Horrible service! And ive paid all of it on food that was unavailable! Customers should stay away from this location as it is, again, hands down the worst experience ive ever had at any Chipotle and wont be spending another dime there under Aaron Synder the manager. He does a horrible job and should be replaced and this is not the customer experience I should have. This is ridiculous on how poorly managed this place is and I am an extremely upset customer on not only 1. Not 2 occasions. But on 3 separate, horrible, customer experience occasions.

Stood in line for close to 30 min only to find out that they have no steak, no chicken, and no queso. All while there are 5 people standing and talking in the back. Then I get to the counter to pay and there is a sign that says exact change only, I stood in line for 30 min and saw 3 people get change back in cash so I assume that the sign is not enforced currently. I hand a $20 bill to pay and they don’t have change for it (my luck). So a short guy with long black hair in the back says to the cashier in front of me that there are 2 signs in front of my face and I should have known better. By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to yet, it’s actually pathetic how poorly managed this location is.
Maybe put signs in the line that say “we may be out of ingredients because we don’t prepare properly”

Terrible location. Do they not have management at Chipotle anymore? 5 employees in store. 1 making orders and ringing up. The other 4 are working their hardest to do the least amount of work. Line out the door. Common problem here.

What a strange experience. There were five employees standing in a huddle while 2 prepped, one actually made burritos, and another waited at the cash register idly for an order to be completed. Meanwhile every table was dirty, the floor was unswept, and the trash and we’re overflowing. Very poorly managed.

On a super cold day like this, this place gets cold. Was very busy, but didn't take long to get food. The food was pretty good actually. The chips that are were not hot. Was gonna go back up for queso, but line was too long. Other than that, I like it better than qudoba
