    Went thru the drive thru got home and had the order wrong called to tell them was told I ordered wrong went back to store the manager I assume was rude remade order then made rude remarks as we drove away

    Service sucks..they are way too slow..i was there ..they weren't even busy..and never have my food ..so I leave..never going back to this place..

    I ordered and was missing part of my order. I called and spoke with a female employee explaining my issue. She told me to call the delivery company. I said ok but Arby's packed the food for the delivery person. She said I did not do it. I replied but you answered the phone as a representative of Arby's (I actually said this calmly and nicely as I understood she may not have an idea of my order). She hung up the phone. In attempting to reach Corporate they wanted all my information and when I did not give it t o them they wanted a credit card to charge 5 dollars for helping me. I THINK ARBYS IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

    Wild experience at Arby's. The lady in the back cooking AND taking orders was super nice at least. Extremely under trained staff.
