This is the second time we've gone to this location and they messed up our order both times. This time when I went inside to get what they forgot I'm pretty sure there was only one person working. The steak nuggets were completely burnt.

I think the manager/cashier was named Will. He was super cool. There were only 3 people working but they were quick and kind

Google says your restaurant is supposed to be open til 12am. I ordered online to pick up at 8pm. All the lights were on and the lobby was locked and the drive thru was closed!! No employee in sight!! You still charged my account for an order that I never received!! I reported this location to Arby's corporate! Don't charge people for online orders when you know your restaurant is closed!! I will not be returning to this location. You have lost me as a customer.
