  This location is always running out of items and they don’t tell you until you’ve waited in line. Then there’s no urgency to make the items or the courtesy to maybe offer extra of something else. It’s usually nothing but kids working there and it shows.

  Very busy at 1pm on a Wednesday. Undermanned made the service a bit slow but it was friendly and accommodating enough. They also didn't have the crunchy tacos that I wanted so I had to go with flour. The prep was done with care which is appreciated. The tacos were good all considered.

  Disappointed for sure. Rice was severely undercooked, which comes with every bite in a bowl. Half of the rice was soggy, half was crunchy (spoiler: unlike my chips). Person in the back cutting chicken was playing with the knife and doing what I’d call knife tricks, I guess. Chips tasted like they fried a big batch in the morning, portioned them out, and let them sit on the shelf all day.. which is what I’m assuming happened. The woman in the middle doing pico/cheese was very nice. Will try my luck elsewhere at the place starting with a Q.

  The server gave me cold queso that caused my food to be cold. The server act like she's slow and need more training. The manager that works at night not sure of her name she's biracial very rude and not helpful. She will not remake my food or refund me my money. This is the worst Chipotle, I have ever been to. The food does not have any flavor. The inside is not clean. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location. The music being played in the restaurant was completely inappropriate explicit, offensive, and not something you’d expect (or want) to hear in a public dining space. It made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially for a place where families and all types of customers come to eat. As there was a family with children eating. Beyond the food, environment matters and this was a clear miss. Management should be more mindful of what’s being played in-store and how it impacts the customer experience. I won’t be returning to this location unless there are noticeable changes.
