- SGScott Grady4 days ago1.0I stopped at the McDonald's in kalkaska today and got 2 meals with made to order fries and 2 drinks 1 diet 1 regular and get up to the window to get my order i get the bag and 1 drink which was the wrong size then she asked for my bag back to make sure it was my order and then had to wait on my drinks and she gave the diet and still had to tell her I needed a reg one finally someone else came up and I got my drink and to top it off my fries weren't hot like I ordered not a happy customer

The booths and tables have not been clean, and since the remodel several years ago, it's lost all character. It feels cold and impersonal.

When I called, they told me just to let them know what happened and they would make a note of it. When I went back a few days later for my replacement sandwich, they didn't have any of my information taken down. I talked with the manager but they said it was a different manager I spoke with. I did not remember the name of the manager I spoke with, I did not write down the name unfortunately. So basically, I did not receive the replacement sandwich that they promised me at zero cost. It was about 5 days later, so I didn't have my receipt on me from the day of the initial service. Because of this, I had no direct proof and they told me since they were so busy, it would be quite a while before they would be able to search the system for my exact receipts for proof.
