We were very impressed by the customer service. We had 3 different employees help us out (including Steve, and I can’t remember the other names!), and each were engaging and made the process fun. We were greeted quickly with enthusiasm when we walked in, and we left feeling taken care of. Compared to other food establishments in the area, this was really just a breath of fresh air!

Halfway through the Shrimp bowl, I bit down on a pebble/rock. With the naked eye, looked like a black bean, however, when you look really close, u can clearly see, its a pebble/rock. Thank goodness, I'm not a hard chewer, I would have definitely chipped a tooth! Too bad this happen, as the Shrimp bowel had a wonderful flavor, but after discovering the pebble/rock, I threw the entire bowel out!!!!

I’ve lived 10 minutes from this location for four years and been there dozens of times. For the most part, I’ve had excellent experiences. The staff are always kind, even when overwhelmed, the food is always at least decently fresh, and they give good portions. The four star review is for the overall experience I’ve had at this location, but I’m writing a review to tell the story of the last time I ate there before moving away. It was Easter Sunday so they closed at 10 instead of 11. I got there at 8:30 and all of the chairs in the dining room were already on tables which I thought was a little odd, although not as odd as one of the employees just sitting chatting with a friend in the lobby. My food was ready on time but when I got home, it was a little off. I have ordered the same thing there for years so I know exactly how it should be and it seems that they didn’t have about four of the ingredients I ordered in the bowl so instead they just heaped cheese on top and I guess hoped I wouldn’t notice all of the missing things. I honestly couldn’t even be mad, it just made me laugh. It’s like the employees hoped if they buried the problem under enough cheese no one would notice. Like a beagle hiding a mess in the yard. Genuinely hilarious. I’ve been on other holidays and had to wait over an hour longer than normal. Honestly I’m not sure what barrel they scrape the bottom of to figure out who to staff with on holidays, but they might as well just close if it’s a holiday. It was a funny experience for the last time at a place I’ve been to so many times. Would highly recommend (as long as it’s not a holiday). Thanks for all the good food.

Unfortunately I was disappointed today (4-2-2026 ) for buy one get one free day. I had been a regular customer of Qdoba's for a few years but I slowed down because your paying at least $10 or more for a bowl or burrito. But these restaurants aren't giving you enough of the protein. They want to give you less of the protein & plie up the veggies in the entree. I ordered two burritos that look absolutely "vegetarian." I was literally able to count the pieces of meat in the both burritos. I don't mind spending more money, just give me some more protein. So I was disappointed in the two I ordered today. Qdoba makes those burritos huge to ONLY put a few pieces of meat in them. One unhappy customer today. 😔
