  2 hours no food, no one answering the phone, no one cares about anything anymore Food showed up 15 min after posting this, so at least it got here I guess

  If I could give this place zero stars I would…ordered pizza at 4:45pm didn’t get delivered until 6:10pm…when my boyfriend answered the door the driver said it was $23 in cash which my boyfriend replied with “no i paid card and it was $42 dollars” the delivery driver said “oh i must have messed up the orders” then walked away got in his car and left. no explanation just left. My boyfriend called the store and they asked him to repeat the story twice and that they are going to reach out to the driver. My boyfriend requested a call back from the manager with an update. A few minutes pass by no call back so my boyfriend called back again and the only response back was “we couldn’t get ahold of the driver” we are both furious at this point at the lack of customer service. They then only said they would give us a credit letter but we had to verify our address and name they had on file. ABSOLUTELY NOT! my boyfriend requested to speak with a manager as a “credit letter” will not suffice. We waited on hold for about 5 mins and a so called manager answered the phone. Mind you when he came to the phone there was no apology or trying to understand. He said he would process the refund but needed information. The manager didn’t even know the difference between the full card number and a pin… absolutely ridiculous. never received our food and terrible service will not return to this location or recommend.

  Ordered Door Dash (double the cost) and every time something is messed up by this store. Had to drive all the way there just to show them these breadsticks were pulled out and thrown in a box with no topping/seasoning. Would have saved $25 just picking it up myself and checking the boxes before leaving. SMH 🤦‍♂️ and not the first time. I get places get busy but come on.

  This is the pizza hut that I go to when I order. Tonight there was an Oops with my order. But not only did they fix it but they delivered it back out to me!!! Now THAT'S excellent service!

  My family and I eat Pizza Hut very often, but today is my last day. Tried calling the store but no one answered. The app wouldn’t update so I couldn’t track the order. Delivery person left our food outside on the ground in snow. Could have knocked on our door. If no one answered, the next step would be to knock. I gave a tip, but wish I wouldn’t have. Pizza Hut, I am done. It tastes better to make our own pizza at home anyways.
