  Zero sense of urgency. Genuinely the opposite of “fast” food. No people in front of us in line and it took over 15 mins for 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits and one hash brown. I would rather use that time to drive up to west main and get food there.

  The Big Archie sux. The only positive is that it’s huge, but for $9, it should be. The size makes it hard to eat without making a huge mess in your car. A fork and knife at home would be the way to go. The kicker though is the lack of flavor. It just doesn’t taste good.

  I never come to this McDonald’s expecting the best, but tonight was awful. I placed a mobile order and immediately was met at the window asking what my drink was. Then I was asked to pull to spot 1. Over the course of 40min I was asked four separate times what my order was. I reversed back to the drive thru window and showed the employee my order. I believe he was the only reason my order ended up being made. I do not mind waiting. I understand places get busy and things happen, but 40min for our order was unreasonable and I should have not been asked four times what my order was.

  The workers are always in such a bad mood and they are so slow and they cheat the system for fast food you have to try to get the food out of the door by a certain time in the instantly just tell you to pull forward to make it look like they're doing their job well they're terrible every time I come here they're terrible I won't be back

  Stay as far away as you can from this McDonald’s. Historically, their service had been horrible but tonight tops it all. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness as I did tonight from a “business”. I honestly don’t understand how they are even open or allowed to operate the way they do. However, I stayed late at work tonight and decided on McDonald’s before I knew the others near me were all closed. I placed my order on the app so I would avoid the wait. When I arrived, no one answered at the drive-through. Finally, after I said to the speaker I had already paid for my food, they instructed me to drive up to the second window, which I did. When I arrived at the second window, every “employee” remained on their phones or doing whatever they had been doing when I came. My presence at the window was not acknowledged by even one of them who had looked right at me. When one of them finally did come up to the window, he told me to drive around to a different window. I did not do that - I was the only “customer” in sight. (They did not act like employees or treat me as a customer) This first young man yelled out someone else’s name. That person told me that they couldn’t refund my money if they couldn’t pull up my order. I had not asked for a refund. I was there to get my food. No one had told me that they could not pull up my order. I left without my food or my money because it was clearly futile and maddening to even attempt to communicate with these young people. I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible from McDonalds on Stadium Drive. PLEASE owner. Do not say you’re going to look into this. Because clearly you don’t and haven’t and don’t intend to based on the other reviews.
