  Incomprehensibly awful--I've traveled a good bit of the country, and this may very well bc the single worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. Only thing I can possibly conceive is that they want people to quit coming or otherwise close down, bc I can't even rationalize the level of incompetence they display on a routine basis.

  They don't give out receipts in the drive thru which is odd considering they're always messing up peoples orders. Got told not to come back by staff, say less.

  Honestly what a joke of a business. I ordered a Large Shamrock Shake and Medium Fry at 4:56PM on 03/20/2026 at this location. The app did not disclose that the Shamrock shakes were not available. I get there and was told at the drive thru window that the shake was not available so I asked for a refund. I was told "You have to get a refund through the app" and as I grabbed my phone to ask how I do that. This immature child decided to just shut the drive thru window. There was no one behind me so it wasn't like my question was going to hold up the line. I then went in as I am not going to drive away without a refund or my items I paid for. The child that was at the window saw me as well as her fellow childish coworker and decided to dance around rather than talk to me. I eventually spoke up and asked for help and realized people were hiding and or getting other orders ready. After waiting a minute or two as the counter. The child in question was wearing JEANS and a green/teal sweatshirt. I wasn't aware this was the attire of the business. I was told there was not way to refund me my order that I placed on the app. When I tried to cancel my order it wouldn't let me as it was already "being prepared". I asked for a cash refund for just the shake, and there was "not enough cash" in the drawer. There wasn't $5 in there apparently. I eventually changed it to a vanilla shake, but I dumped it out and threw it away as I don't trust these children to not sabotage my order. What I expect to be the manager on duty couldn't care less. I guess I was just supposed to walk away with nothing from my $8.67 order. There was one woman that was trying her absolute best to help me and I appreciate her. She was the only one that really spoke to me, and if the higher ups would like to review the cameras. I was wearing a black sweatshirt and colorful leggings. I am guessing someone forgot to mark the shake as unavailable, but thankfully they did after my issue, so this can't happen to someone else. Hire better people. It's crazy to me that they believe they should be paid $20+/hour when they act like this. These kids will go no where in life with the way they conduct themselves.

  Frequent this location, having a rough day and used my points for a ten piece nugget, got 11 and I just wanted to say it made my night and I appreciate the two girls working drive thru windows. I just wanted them to know. I know anyone is happy about one extra nugget but this still made me smile

  If you want to go to a place to get your food quick and hassle free. Do not come here. I ordered my food in the app. Came in through the drive thru. Got my food and they gave the wrong stuff. I went back through the drive thru and they said I had to come in. So I did and the two people were in a disagreement on who would help me get the food I ordered and paid for. The whole time telling them what I had 3 separate times they were acting like it was my fault it was wrong and for wanting what I ordered and paid for. I will not be coming back to this location again.
