The only reason this location is getting one star was because the staff member I talked to was friendly. The franchise OWNERS are deplorable. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions via the website customer service contact form and they completely ignored my submission. After the tornadoes hit in Plainwell Michigan recently, we obviously had no power so I drove 25 minutes out of my way to go to Jimmy John’s to pick up dinner for our family… upon returning back home, I opened up my sub only to realize that perhaps it was set in water or some type of liquid because you could barely pick it up. It was soaking wet. I couldn’t eat it. I called the store and asked for my money back, which they couldn’t do. Fine…. I said, could you please mail out a coupon for another sub, they Couldn’t even do that. The only reason I went to this location was because power was knocked out all in town because of the tornadoes so the only thing they could do is credit my account a free sub, and I never go to this location, so it was really a moot point. I will never go back to this restaurant
Over 20 minutes waiting in line this evening for a simple Turkey Tom, so special order, just as it comes.
After watching several cars pull out of line and leave due to the crazy wait. I get some kind of salami sandwich with jalapeños and other garbage on it. Not even close to the sandwich ordered.

Stopped by this location as it's near my home. I was the only person in lobby and was ignored for nearly 15 minutes. Picked up a phone call while patiently waiting and allowed a rush to come through. The 4 staff member never addressed me from the moment I walked in to the time I allowed the rush to go through. I approached counter once again to explain I did not feel welcomed and felt ignored for at least 10 minutes. All but 2 employees proceeded to argue with me that I hadn't been there for 10 minutes. I showed my phone log to demonstrate I was on the call for 12 mins and they still never addressed me. It escalated into a public argument after I had already paid. And the attendant proceeded to yell further about refunding and tell me to leave. This is incredibly poor customer service. I was patient and allowed the drive thru rush to come through. But once I mention that I felt disrespected by then ignoring my presence I was causing a problem ? It's all ok tape so I hope they get better staff or I wouldn't advise you go to this location.
I was in need of dinner for a large group of family gathered at the hospital yesterday. I called Jimmy John's and spoke to the manager. The restaurant was able to prepare a 30-piece box for us with only a couple hours notice. The sandwiches were delicious and very neat and organized. They included mustard & mayo packets, plates and napkins too. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from our family during a difficult time!

Hadn't been to Jimmy John's in years and my family and I haven't been too happy with the other sub shops in area, so we ordered and were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the toasted roast beef with the crispy French onions and horseradish on it. My mom ordered chicken bacon ranch and my husband ordered the Sicilian pizza and we all loved it! The helpings and size of the subs were nice and full. Usually when we order subs from the area they are all bread and very little meat. Not here. All our subs were packed which made us very happy. They were all very tasty. The delivery was fast. We'll definitely keep this place as our go to from now on.
