I ordered a Cobb salad from the 9th location and they didn't even put chicken or bacon on it. I called about it and he immediately answers the phone with "Hi" no "Wendy's..so and so speaking" none of that. I had to ask if I even called Wendy's and still didn't tell me his name. (Extremely unprofessional). Then, he proceeded to tell me the Cobb salad doesn't come with the bacon (which it does-says it online). I don't understand how you're unaware of how your salads are built, but I won't be going back to this location. Unprofessionalism is not tolerated. Service needs WORK.
