She didn't thank us or ask us to have a nice day and she didn't count back the change or even state how much we were getting back. The Dave's double was burnt and cold to the touch. The son of a baconator was ice cold. The cheese wasn't melting. We would have taken it back, but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to take it back. I would not recommend this location. Food and service both were unacceptable. We threw the sandwiches away. $20 down the drain. Mind you, this was not during a lunch or dinner rush, it was 3:30. The food should have been smoking hot and not burnt to a crisp. The cashier could have at least said hello, thank you or even the amount with a smile on her face.
