We had ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap, was charged for the Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich, got that sandwich and went to exchange it where they said "Oh it wouldn't be more for the wrap" then proceeds to try to charge us for the wrap! There is a $1.10 difference between the 2 items, which we also didn't refunded for. On the other hand the lobby was SUPER clean (and slippery) because they mopped up the salt 3 times during our visit. The food line workers have attitude, and weren't very helpful when the cashier asked for it.
