The customer service has gotten so poor it’s extremely scary I’m worried for the owner I had to come and make a review because of the constant attitudes from a lot of the employees messing up your orders and getting an attitude when you speak up & they have to remake it, or simply not remaking it also using your points without actually asking you first the list goes on. I would suggest if you’re going to go to Tropical Smoothie in Kalamazoo go yo the one on Westmain they are a little more better when it comes to customer service.
