What I assume was the manager was interviewing a 16 year old child at the table next to us. She asked his phone number, his schedule, where he went to school, when he was doing wrestling practice and meets. She then told him to come back after wrestling and apply again because and I quote "don't want to deal with your schedule for the next 8 weeks". She also told him to tell his parents to get off his case and focus on school instead of looking for a job. Immediately after this, she went a couple tables over for the next interview. That guy had heard every word of the first interview, as did everyone else sitting nearby. Surely you have a room where this can be done in private and not jeopardize the privacy of minors. This is simply unacceptable and probably borderline illegal.
