  Took 30 minutes to get my food and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Wouldn’t really recommend especially if you only have a 30 min lunch break.

  The breakfast burritos as a Taco Bell we went to in Kalamazoo are huge and delicious I ate three of them

  I was so polite, cordial and patient. Yet, they still forgot my 5pc nugget and sauces. Tried calling 3 times, no one picked up, robot asked for access code to continue. Then it hung up each time. Will be by tomorrow to see if they will replace my food items.

  Unfortunately like a few favorite stops in Kalamazoo for food, this Taco Bell has taken a dive in getting their orders correct and having staff make sure they’re getting the right food to the right car. This the third time in 1 month that our order has been incorrect, except this time we were given a 100% incorrect order. Our first experience they didn’t get our bean burrito correct for our vegetarian in the house (they gave us beef), second time they gave us nacho fries we didn’t order, this time the order was 100% not ours and now I’m just frustrated. The woman in the drive in was super nice today but honestly I’d love it if the staff were consistently just double checking the orders being correct when we are all counting on it.
