- SBSara BaxterJul 13, 20251.0I live near this location inside the gas station on Ravine, so it’s always been a convenient option, but the food quality continues to fall short. On multiple visits, I’ve gotten sandwiches with stale bread and had to carefully choose which veggies looked edible. Today was the last straw: the tomatoes were visibly old, and I ended up walking away without ordering. In addition to the poor food quality, the employees are not friendly or welcoming, which makes the overall experience even less appealing. Maybe my standards are higher because I managed a Subway in college, but fresh ingredients and good customer service should be basic expectations. I won’t be returning to this location.
