  Placed order at 6:15 pm for pick up at 7:45pm. Got there at 8, store was dark and closed. Took pics, this is ridiculous. Will go to the one near Little Caesars since they're always correct and open.

  It makes me sad because this used to be my favorite location before new management took over. I went here once and got my usual. The cucumbers were rotten and made me very sick. I decided to give it another try because again, I loved it before. The cucumbers and lettuce were brown. The cucumbers were slimy. When she remade it, I could tell she was mad and she didn’t give me the correct amount of meat.

  Probably one of the most inappropriate customer services I've ever experienced. Me and my girlfriend went to grab lunch and the people taking our order weren't paying attention and kept asking us what we wanted after we already told them. They couldn't hear us because they had their noise canceling airpods in on a phone call. Unacceptable. We will not be coming back to this subway again

  I have been here twice and both times my Bread is burnt and hard and they skimp on the meat. I won't go back.
