The queso was separating and the lettuce was rotten. We have been here several times in the past with much better experience but this time was abysmal. I brought my mother to try it for the first time and I can promise she will never go to another QDOBA because of this experience.

She didn't start making my order until 15 minutes later, asked me my name while she was making it and then put it on the shelf instead of handing me the bag and/or even telling me it was my order. She continued to make another order while knowing I was still waiting. Eventually another worker came over, asked me my name and handed me my food. After that long wait, the food sucked. Small proportion and burrito looks like it was rolled by a preschooler.
