I pay online and choose not to tip there because they never answer their phones and send it to some call center. When you pay online you can’t choose no tip either. You have to choose a custom tip and put 0.00 in. Then, when I go in for pickup, the lady who works there (on multiple occasions) prompts me to tip again as if I have to go through that in order to get a receipt for my purchase. This isn’t necessary as I’ve shopped here for years. It’s another way to prompt and hopefully guilt people into tipping for something that’s never required or requested tipping before. It’s gross and tip culture is gross. Stop guilting your patrons j to tipping because you’re staff isn’t paid enough.

I woke up this morning to see I had a charge of 5 dollars added to my account with pizza hut. Was told it was the tip I filled out. Which I stated I did not do. But in the end they can keep that 5 dollars I will never order or recommend you ever order from here....
