  Worst experience I've had picking up pizza. They gave part of my order to someone else, tried to give me the pizza the guy returned, and didn't have the rest of the order made. When l stood up for myself and refused to accept the bad treatment or returned food, they accused me of disrespecting them. I never raised my voice, and never used a curse word. I simply refused to take recycled food. The manager is yelling at people and talking on the phone ignoring what's going on. What a fiasco!!!! They tried to tell me the order has to be remade but they can't refund it. After they "remade" the order, this still made me the wrong pizzas!!!! Last time I'm getting pizza from Papa John's. I don't accept mistreatment or disrespect from anyone. This is not the experience I expect from people I'm paying to make me food.

  Don't get me wrong, this papa johns used to be fine. But over the last few months it has gotten worse and worse, the employees refuse to help customers it seems, even when there's 5+ people in the kitchen. One time I was waiting to be helped while literally 4 employees were all huddled up at the computer chatting with eachother. Today I was waiting to be helped for over 3 minutes, and a employee walked up the the cash register, I started talking to them and they proceeded to pick up the phone that was ringing for literally 10 seconds. Not even to mention the amount of times they've gotten a order wrong. Today I ordered a plain cheese pizza, the app told me it was ready, I go inside and proceed to be told it actually wasnt even made. The service here is unbelievably abysmal, everyone here acts like they dont want to be here. They treat their customers like crap and are bickering with eachother constantly. Like I said before, this place used to be a bit better, but it has been getting so much worse every passing week. Laziness, and just straight up being rude. Dont bother coming here unless you have lots of free time. I dont like writing negative reviews, but this all had to be said. Half the staff needs to be fired. Store is messy and desperately needs to be cleaned, it probably breaks several health code rules, the people need to be better trained on literally everything.   Ordered a pizza online for pick up, get to the store and notice my food ready. 3 employees chitchat about how they can leave early, then I'm told someone will be with you shortly... gave it another 3 minutes and said screw it and left. They can have the pizza, another great reason to pay with cash.

  Upon arrival the employees had to check to make sure the door wasn't locked. Received my food and by the time I made it home I was soaked in butter. My garlic knots were literally swimming. Ordered pepperoni, Canadian bacon and half sausage. They halved the pepperoni. Also the garlic butter cup was sideways and open in the box. Only save is it tastes good but you'd expect that from a chain recipe. I'd add pictures to demonstrate but that option doesn't seem to be available anymore.

  I haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in years, and after this experience at this location, I remember exactly why. 3322 Stadium Dr, Unit C Kalamazoo, MI 49008 The pizza I received was not what I ordered. On top of that, the toppings/items I paid extra for were completely missing. So not only was my order wrong, but I was literally charged for things that never showed up on the pizza. This wasn’t a minor mistake like one topping off or a slightly wrong cut. It looked like whoever made this order either didn’t read the ticket or just didn’t care. For the price I paid, this is ridiculous. I gave Papa John’s another chance after years of staying away, and they blew it. Based on this experience, I will not be coming back, and I’m going to share this online so people can see exactly what I got versus what I ordered. I’ll be posting photos on social media showing a side-by-side comparison of my actual order and the messed-up pizza I received so others can decide for themselves if this is acceptable. If Papa John’s or this store cares at all about customers, they should be reviewing this order, fixing their process, and making sure people actually get what they pay for — because right now, they’re not.
