Both times recently however as I stand and wait for my order I over hear the employees and what turned out to be the manager complaining about the schedule and the people on the schedule as well as cursing openly and often. Ordered extra bread and got multiple bags of chips instead... unbelievable
- NLN LNov 14, 20251.0I wish Panera didn’t exist, but my wife does, and thus it exists in the fragile bubble of my life. The restaurant is uncomfortably warm. The kind of warm that makes you feel a little bit ill and queasy. Relief comes outside in the fresh air, but sours your mood for hours afterwards as your stomach settles down. The service is as slow as the tablets they make you order on now. The only thing slower than both is the Patron in front of you trying to use the tablet and credit card reader and failing. Tablets have existed for 15 years and credit cards for 50, but both are beyond the grasp of the Patron. The food tastes like a board meeting. It’s satisfying in the same way a single paper cone of water in a doctor’s office waiting room is satisfying. At least coming here helps me remind myself how much I love my wife.

What you can order is Good, tasty! Even ordering ahead, it's not always put up & then those bagels are solid out! But tasty! 😁
