Staff was very closed off to the world and very short with an attitude. Food was mediocre at best. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Will not be returning. If I could give this review a 0 star I would!

Some might say it's a small inconvenience but I paid for what I wanted and failed to recieve it four times. The incompetence within this establishment clearly touches all levels of responsibility within this restaurant. From management all the way down to the person who just started yesterday. Time to find some employees that actually have the motivation to provide the service that should be expected. I'd be embarrassed if I was the franchise owner. Edit: the fact that the franchise owner's response to all bad reviews is to copy and paste a link to some sort of customer care team without even acknowledging the issue is crazy to me. This is "Your" business and "Your" responsibility. As a business owner you should be handling these issues... Not passing them off to some 1-800 number or email address. Take some accountability.

Waiting 20 mins in the pick up parking spot before going through the drive through for them to tell me they don’t have breakfast burritos which is fine but they said they couldn’t swap items or give me anything else. Why was it available on the app if it’s not truly available. I’m out $12 and the store was no help. Never coming back here. The staff does not care at all.
