  This is the first McDonald's branch in MONTHS to get my whole order correct! Everything was well made and not thrown together, it was all warm, and I had excellent customer service at the drive through window. Whoever was at thedrive window 11/14 at 12:20, you deserve a shout out for being kind and efficient - hard skills to use simultaneously!

  Employees were constantly yelling at everyone including eachother and basically every customer, you could hear the manager yelling loudly too. When I got my food I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for my shake. My friends food took 35 minutes. Food was okay, but they forgot all of my friends fries, and several drive thru customers came in because food was forgotten. Then when we went to grab the food we were greeted in a very rude and unpleasant tone. Before leaving I went to use to the bathroom and again you could hear an employee yelling on the phone to what seems to be another employee or manager. I don’t expect much from a McDonalds but I also don’t expect to be yelled at for just being there and wait dang near an hour for mediocre food.

  Worst mcdonald’s i have ever been too. Everyone should be fired. a terrible service waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes to be asked what i needed then told nevermind and never heard anything for another 10 minutes. Play place is also so disgusting this place should be closed.

  Absolutely an unsafe working environment for many and completely unprofessional. Witnessed what appeared to be a manager screaming at multiple staff members incoherently and unable to self regulate to listen to what they were saying. She began accusing people of not paying despite her cashier saying / showing that they did. Then was deleting orders to prove she was right. She never approached or asked questions to the consumer that was picking up food and just started yelling at them too. Never got the correct order, but didn't ask for a correction because we wanted out of there asap.

  You'll be waiting so long you'll wonder if they forgot about you. 20-30 minute waits are common, no matter when you show up. 40 is my record. Would've left but used the app so it was already paid for. Overpriced too, like most "fast" food. Food itself tends to be okay, but not worth the wait or the cost. Especially with their smaller, stingy portions.
