  I went to this restaurant this afternoon to get a shamrock shake guess what the machine was not working. Like I the rest of McDonalds all of there ice cream machines are not working. What kind of fast food place is this. I was going to buy food guess what i didn’t

  They are rude just trying to talk over you not letting you explain anything the sandwiches we ordered were sloppy ketchup everywhere the crappiest McDonald I have been to for your prices do better it’s not hard

  Don’t even think about getting ice cream here. Ever. Doubt they even have a machine. Or maybe just no employees to use/clean the machine. Frustrated is an understatement.

  I'd pass on this McDonald's. Food is standard McDonald's but I sure hope you like waiting cause you're gonna be waiting a long long time. Even if you do a mobile order wait times are from 20-40 minutes. They rush you to the next window or a parking spot after maybe giving you your drink so the counter for cars actually sitting at the window doesn't go up but once you park you'll be there till the heat death of the universe and then probably a bit longer. Also you will have multiple employees bringing you the wrong order and asking what you had and some have gotten mad when they brought me the wrong order three times and said "what the hell did you order again." So if you value time absolutely do not go to this McDonald's. You would be better off going to Meijer and buying ground beef and cooking it on your engine than waiting at this McDonald's. Update 2-8-26: The "owner" just sends a link to McDonald's website to "further look into the matter." Just look at all the bad reviews, clearly nothing gets better. A disgrace of a McDonald's.

  Employees were so TRASHY it was unreal. Yelling at each other & GETTING MAD AT EACH OTHER. I should have asked for a complete refund and took my money elsewhere. The lady taking my order didn't even know if the snack wrap came in a meal she had to yell to the back actually she said AYE YO really loud. Then can you ring me up for an additional drink probably because she was trying to make my snack wrap a meal and didn't know how. So I ask for a refund and she again yells back to the manager and the manager starts yelling and complaining "oh my God are you serious - I'm the only person here - I'm busy right now I don't have time for this I'm the only manager here - are you kidding me this is crazy." The manager was completely unhinged, unprofessional, disrespectful to her coworkers as well as the customers. The manager made one of the employees take $2 out of their pocket to give me a refund because she couldn't believe that I wanted to be refunded for a $1.69 drink that I didn't need. And I was inconveniencing her so much that she forced one of her employees to give me the own money out of their pocket. Mind you. This was TUESDAY FEB 2ND AT 3:50 PM. Just was trying to take my kids for a Happy meal and to play at the play area. I understand people go through things and have their own things that they deal with but you don't bring it to work and you don't bring it to your workplace. You don't complain about doing the job that you are paid to go to that company to do. McDonald's pays you to give me a refund McDonald pays you to make my food. To do it RIGHT. Food was cold. Nasty. I had to ask for a straw. I had to ask for my cups, I had to ask for lids. I had my kids with me so I just kept a smile so they didn't even have to ask. FIRE EVERYONE. LITERALLY. Terrible.
