    Very disappointed that my husband and I arrived here to get some breakfast before driving 6 hours home. When we arrived the young lady who spoke to us mumbled through the speaker, so my husband didn’t hear her, so she raised her voice and said “are you going to order” my husband apologized and said he didn’t hear her and that he had a code, she mumbled something back so he just moved on and was ready to order. We both agreed it was not really all the friendly but maybe she’s just having a bad day so we moved on. The reason I decided to write the review is because when we did pull forward to get our food the girl who handed us our food just stared at my husband like he was stupid with the bag in her hand. He said thank you and she just shut the window. We weren’t rude, we didn’t order a bunch, the only thing was we were there early in the morning, but it was still an hour past open and we just wanted some breakfast before hitting the road. Other than the off putting atmosphere from the employees the food was good, they were fast, and we got everything perfectly fine. I just wish (as someone who did fast food for 6 years) that we were treated a little nicer, and I’m hoping that’s not how the employees treat every customer.

    By far the BEST McDonald's in all of Kalamazoo and I'm not the only person who has said this. Food, highest quality of service, and friendliness are consistent daily. I use the McDonald's app for iced coffee and Ashanti, Shy, & Gabby are amazing. They always make great iced coffee with just the right amount of coffee, syrup, & cream!!!

    shouldn’t even deserve a star, this place is awful if u come here expect ur food to be terrible and it will most likely take 8 years. The people working here r clueless.
