    This is ridiculous. I stopped here this morning to quickly grab breakfast on the way to the kids school. The one time I didn't use the app and paid in cash. I got the wrong food, the receipt on the bag wasnt mine nor did it match the food inside the bag, the food I got didn't even add up to the amount I paid. I called the resturant 5 times and no one answered. I didn't notice until we got to the school because I was in a hurry but I shouldnt have to verify. They should already make sure they are handing out the right food and correctly labeling bags. Im out money and food because of carelessness.

    I sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. There is only one person taking orders for both lanes so she doesn't even say anything to me until the other car is done ordering and it was a big order. I could've had my order placed and been waiting less time if someone was helping. I get to the window to cash out and the lady is on her damn phone. I get my food and the hashbrowns are flimsy and taste like old grease. The coffee tastes like hot water. Absolutely horrible.

    If I could give zero stars, I would!!! We ordered a # 1 and a # 2. Egg mcmuffins. Again, we were asked to pull forward. There were about five vehicles already pulled over and parked. We didn't see them until after we paid. I let her know we can wait at the window, she said it will be about 4 minutes for the hash browns. I asked for a refund. "You have to pull forward for the refund." What another joke of a McDonalds. We just pulled away. Lost another $10.00 because of complete incompetence. We will never go to this McDonald's again. I guess we will have to go to the McDonalds in Schoolcraft when we go out. Do better McDonalds!!! Check your reviews and make the changes.

    Avoid this McDonalds. The gentleman at the speaker pretty much mumbled the entire time and I couldn’t understand anything he said. The lady at the window gave me the 3rd degree because I had to pay at the first window. Like immediately got an attitude with me. Our order was completely wrong, nothing had bacon on it even know everything we ordered was suppose to include it. Our drink was wrong. It was like they couldn’t wait for us to get outta there. Staff needs training on how to treat people, and apparently on how to make food.

    I was working and decided to go through the drive thru here a few weeks ago, and ordered a hamburger and fries. I got back on the highway and opened my burger and it was a double cheeseburger. I can not eat cheese, so I simply had to throw away the sandwich and, since I was so busy, my only lunch was French fries. I sent in a customer comment, as I was irritated I basically threw away money I could have spent elsewhere and actually received a lunch i could eat, and got a reply 2 days later that the comment was being sent on to the franchise owner who would reach out to me. I have never heard from anyone at this location. So disappointed, as this was one of the only decent McDonald's left in the area, and now I will no longer return as it is clear they do not value their customers.
