They don’t look at the screen to see what people order and then when you tell them that you’re missing something they look at you like you’re stupid. They’re all snotty and rude. Customers should always be right. If a customer tells you you’re missing something then you should believe the customer cause I know what they ordered in the kiosk when you order at the kiosk you get no receipt. They need to learn to be more nicer to customers

They have this doorbell where you pick up the order from and once you ring it they never answer. One time I rang the doorbell and no one answered it for like 5 minutes, I rung again and got yelled at by the manager for “ringing the doorbell so many times”. I only rung it twice. I get it sometimes things can get busy but here is a solution. How about be like every other McDonald’s in town where the deliveries are picked up at the counter. The doorbell thing is ridiculous and they treat delivery drivers like crap because of it. They need to get rid of the doorbell…
