  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude 100% of the time. I was served the “coke” on the left. Very obvious that the syrup is out, so I asked for a diet instead. Lady at the window didn’t even say a single word to me. Just stuck her arm out the window with my food and coke flavored water. Fries are always horribly undersalted every. Single. Time. Don’t spend your money here

  Rarely one to leave reviews, but avoid this place at all costs. You’d think I’ve learned my lesson by now but I’ve gone to college in the area for 4 years now, and I have yet to have a good experience at this McDonald’s. Workers are unbelievably incompetent and rude, and as of today I’m going on my third visit where I’ve had to trash my quarter pounder because it is quite literally inedible. I don’t know what the problem is but after you’re done waiting for who knows how long, the food is always very subpar, and I’ve actually gotten food poisoning on two separate occasions. The location on West Main by Menards is night and day better, save your time and money and head up there… this is genuinely the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life.

  Came at 9pm (2 hours before closing), employees had locked the doors, and rudely told us they had closed early. Would not recommend a restaurant that won't serve customers.

  +1 hour and still waiting There’s a Burger King up the road, just go there EDIT: after 1.5h of waiting I am happy to say they gave me the wrong food

  I arrived early and only 1 car ahead of me in the drive through. I ordered the Sausage Egg and cheese McGriddle meal with an extra hashbrown and asked for a mocha substitute for the drink. I got the mocha, was handed food and I pulled away since I was in a rush for an early blood draw before work. What was in the bag was not my meal but 1 Hashbrown and 2 Breakfast burritos which is a hell of a lot cheaper than what I got. I have been attempting to, and still have been trying to call this store and NO ONE and i mean NO ONE is picking up. I have been trying off and on now since 7:45 this morning. It's 11:13 AM now. It doesn't go to VM and just hangs up after ringing for about 10 min. The service to say is amazingly lack luster. I hope they're prepared for a Karen when I get out of work because now I'll have to stop in there; that's on them. I wouldn't have to be a Karen if maybe, I don't know, a Manager ANSWERED YOUR DAMN PHONE and rectified this situation without me having to go in. Hopefully, I will be able to update you later on if they gave me any type of compensation, because this is some MAJOR BS! UPDATE: I went in there and no I didn't go Karen, but the Manager on duty stated that the store doesn't have a phone because the owner doesn't want one. Then who's number is on the website? His cell? The Manager was a bit stand offish and I told him, I just want the same meal I ordered on a different day, so I finally walked away with his name on my receipt and I did recently go back and got my meal that I actually ordered. Still I wouldn't recommend going to this McDonalds ever, because even the staff when I came in, I said I need to speak with a manager please, goes, "OHHHH and so it begins." Like really, is it that bad here, because that's what went through my head. If people checked and made sure you gave me the right food in the first place, this wouldn't have happened in the first place. Just go to any fast food place but this one.
