  This is the absolute worse McDonald’s in Kalamazoo. I placed an online order for a 20 pcs nugget, 2 Large fries, a 4 pcs nugget kids meal and 3 drinks and it took them 2 hours to prepare this, I sat in their lobby for an hour and a half waiting on this order for my grandkids.. Staff wouldn’t answer me, maintenance had to help prepare food.. just horrible place, any wait for them to get shut down… oh and the WILL NOT answer the phone when you call.

  Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes without anyone coming on the mic for either drive through, so I went inside and waited another 15 minutes to get 3 easy items with a huge line of people waiting. Heard an employee talking about very crude things on the phone in the lobby very loudly too

  It is McDonald's. We had a lot going to day so we decided to order from McDonald's...their food is very consistent. I really like the Egg McMuffin and the sausage McMuffin with egg. They are my favorite breakfast sandwiches. We were across the street from McDonald's and I ordered off the app. It worked great. When we got to the restaurant, I couldn't enter my parking space number, so we went inside and everything was waiting for...very convenient.

  I feel HORRIBLE for any poor worker who is employed here. 2/10/26 I come through the Drive Thru. No one is at the speaker for 10+ minutes until they get the first 5+ cars out of the way, then they helped the last 3, which I have no issue with because they clearly didn’t have enough workers. God BLESS the SINGLE KID I can see doing literally everything. Food was perfect and I don’t care that it took a while because they were clearly doing the best they possibly could. A week ago I came in the middle of the day and the same thing happened. Poor kids walking up to me in the drive thru asking what I got and barely having time to speak to me because they’re so busy. WHO is general managing this place?? Upper management must be closing their eyes or unable to help. Every time I come here it’s a bunch of teenagers who are doing their best but clearly are stressed out because they are understaffed with 20 cars in their drive thru + inside orders. Never the workers fault. I would love to see the general manager step in :(

  I showed up here as a dasher, this was my second time, as my first time when I showed up no one was at the register and another dasher had to reach over the counter to give me my order because we were waiting for ten minutes. This time was no different and no one was at the register at all. There was me, a customer, and another dasher. This McDonald’s had horrible service they took forever, employees actively ignored us, just walking right past us not even looking at us, sometimes just to be on their phones, and they weren’t even busy. The dining room was empty, and the drive thru had one car. When I showed up, the order was already done but behind the register so I couldn’t get it. Eventually after standing there for 15 minutes one of the workers walked up, asked what we needed and took the first customer’s order and then gave the other dasher her food, and then another dasher came in, the worker looked at me and chose to serve the other dasher instead. One that dasher got his food, the worker looked at me, and just turned around to go to the kitchen and I realized he was just on his phone and even mumbled “I got too many messages”. Eventually, after another 6 minutes, a worker came in and before they even clocked in I told them to give me my order. The customer who walked in with me in the beginning even said “next time I’m going to Burger King.” This place sucks and the workers are lazy as hell. And I can’t help but think that worker DELIBERATELY chose to ignore me and not give me my food.
