  Well I can't rate the food since I waited 5 minutes at the drive-thru order board to even talk to somebody and another 10 minutes in line. Absolute worst McDonald's when it comes to service. I have no idea how they are still open for business. I would never recommend this McDonald's to anybody

  If I can give this place negative stars I would every Thursday Thur Sunday I have the worst experience. Went there on Thursday to get something to eat to the guy saying do you have a doordash I said no to do you have a mobile order I said no I'd like to make an order to we are closed he then said they are closed due to no kitchen staff which is confusing because how can they do doordash or mobile app orders with no kitchen staff what the hell is this crap it's the closest McDonald's to my home. I have no clue why this place is still standing. Every time I go here all I hear is we have no staff we're closed it's the same line of crap I hear Thursday through Sunday. Then I just go to a different McDonald's because I know they're going to serve me and not give me a line of crap.

  3 times in a row now I have arrived between midnight and 2am only to be told that they "weren't taking orders". They are supposedly open 24 hours but are not actually open. When I tried to call the next day to speak to someone they won't answer the phone. It would be nice to rate their food/service and atmosphere but I can't actually get any of that from them. The last time this happened was just last night 2/28/2026 at 2am.

  Waited for my mobile order for almost my whole break eveb though it was done. Staff didnt even ask me the name for the order untill 30 minutes of waiting and when i got what was suppose to be a double fish o filet it was a single and had mystery black stuff all over it.

  Just stopped there, didn't get my change or receipt & the fries were ice cold & the nuggets were hard as a rock & cold. The girl working looked like she was getting ready to leave, had her purse on. Had to ask me at the window what I ordered again. I knew I should have left then, but I was hungry & still am because I can't even eat the crap I got.
