    We came through the drive-thru the first time and the woman was on her phone at the drive through window (wearing her personal earpiece) and our fries were cold and stale when we got our food; when we got to the window the second time we were met with terrible customer service the guy seemed annoyed we came back but was like "pull around" and we were like 'you know.okay thank you'; but the lady yelled at us for wanting the fries made fresh since we had originally gotten cold and stale fries. She snatched back the old and cold fries when I had asked her to throw them away and then she yelled at us saying "those were fresh out of the fryer when I gave them to you" and stood there arguing with us about out whether or not they were fresh like we hadn't just tried them before turning around and coming back through, then, she slammed the drive-thru window in our faces (what seemed like) as hard as she could...when she got back the fries were just above warm just under hot but definitely fresher and underfilled. I said thank you and then started to roll up my window and said to my husband "these are definitely fresh this time" as we drove off. She literally jerked the window back open and started SCREAMING out the drive-thru window at us because I said "these are definitely fresh this time." I have absolutely no idea what she screamed at me because I wasn't paying attention, I just wanted to get home, I am pregnant and don't want the extra stress from a customer service worker that don't know how to provide proper customer service. Ive worked in fast food and customer service and when people aren't happy with their food you don't scream at them, you give them whatever will make them happy. We literally only asked for fresh fries...that is all...not a refund, not to speak with a manager, not for her to remake our entire meal...just fresh fries. This was 3:30am Sunday, January 11, 2026...manager or corporate PLEASE take care of her and teach her proper customer service and if those first batch of fries were fresh when put in the containers they definitely were not still hot or even warm when they made their way to us..clearly she needs some more training in this area and food safety. Thank you!

    Went thru the drive thru and the cashier didn’t get my order correct but never read it back to me or had it available for me to see. When I got to the window and realized they didn’t give me all the food I ordered, they blamed me, and made me drive thru again. When I went to order the sandwich that they didn’t give me the cashier gave me attitude and then refused to serve me. As someone who works in the service industry, the way they treated me was completely unacceptable.

    My receipt was blank My food was cold and half full My burger was no sauce My fries was old and brown And no ice at the machine I’m just gonna say this the girl in the pink hair need a new stylist I didn’t get a refund on a 40$ meal Corporate will be called You thought running up on me on your job site to fight was gonna go well with my protection dog Oh and the couple who walked out behind me said yall trash too messed up his Big Mac and dry The black mans order you messed up with the dreads You gave him one patty not two The only one doing the job was lady with the braids n the shoes who a Gm wearing bear claw boots you gonna slip girl Yall rude Yall just tried to fight me over me wanting my refund and almost had a situation and a law suit wearing a pink shirt and crock to work

    Won't even provide a receipt for the transaction and even the manager is unable. Food - I got few sandwiches and fries and it could be better like other McDonald's.

    This specific McDonald’s SUCKS! Do NOT go here. I have had so many issues with them. They always give me the wrong order or missing items. I just went through the drive thru and they turned me away because they “didn’t have anyone to cook anything”. Ok.. why are you open then?! Smh
