Everytime I think "this time will be different" and I'm always left disapointed and waiting for the wrong food for 25 mins. DO NOT go to this location, it has never had it's act together and only gets customers because of its location. I wish I could give it a 0 stars. I am writing this currently stuck in the drive thru for the past 25 mins (which isnt moving) The only reason im still here is because I already ordered on the app.

Bad customer service, Kalamazoo really isn’t the place for such bold face rudeness tbh. Like I got not everyone likes all the dif type of people out there, but if I can tell you don’t like me as your clocked in you need to clock out
