  I ordered delivery about 12:56 p.m. I received a text that my order would be delivered by an Uber driver. Granted the weather wasn't very good today but it took 2 hours for me to receive my order. My diet coke was warm and watered down. I was very disappointed. I would rather be told that no deliveries were being made than have my food arrive two hours later with warm pop.

  Guy scratching his neck, didn't wash hands, put on used gloves to prepare sandwich, girl sitting on counter talking to guy, water on floor, nobody cleaning. Worst Jimmy John ever seen.

  Good experiences with this location. The occasional mistake happens, but they are courteous about fixing it.
