  So I ordered online for delivery. I turn my porch light on waiting for my food to arrive. I see the delivery driver fly down hill I thinking he past my house but he never comes back . Something tells me to open my door my food is laying on porch . I didn’t order DoorDash for my food to be left in on the porch to get cold. Even on DoorDash have it hand to me. I am so irritated since it looks like he just through my food out his window onto my porch . I call to speak with someone who claims to be a manager who flat out didn’t care about my concerns like I wanted a discount. No I just wanted an apology for having to pay $36 and the damn driver didn’t even have courtesy to knock on my door and hand me my food and get there tip. Then to be treated like my issue was nothing when I supposed to be speaking to manager is even worst . Jimmy John’s doesn’t ever have to worry about me spending any money at this business ever in life . Horrible customer service . Horrible manager

  Every time I order delivery they call and cancel my order bc they "don't have a driver who can accept cash"?? It is a legal requirement that ANY place of business in the US accepts cash payments yet this is the fourth time that this has happened to me
