  I love the toasted subs. I usually get the club lulu and I got it toasted this time and wow it elevated the flavors. I will get it toasted from now on. The toasted chicken bacon ranch is sooo good. Their app TRASHH. I frequent jimmy johns and NEVER do I get a reward! Ever! I spend so much money and not even a free sub after 10 purchases? A brownie? Pathetic

  I Bought two 8-in roast beef Subs ,That was very stingy with the food ingredients, I felt like I was cheated. Thank you

  Thank you Jimmy John's for ruinging my lunch. Decided to reward myself with a sandwich for lunch today, picked up yesterday on my way home from work, because money has been tight and I have not eaten out in a while. I was given a completely incorrect sandwich. Incorrect type of meat and lacking the toppings I added while also including the ones I removed. Will not be ordering here the next time I can afford to eat out for lunch. Sent in complaint to JJ as requested in response to this comment
