    This used to be the best dunkin in town! The staff was lovely and kind and knew my group of friends by name. Now ownership has changed and it is run by a snooty 17 year old boy who has absolutely no idea what he is doing. When I mentioned my order was wrong he replied back that his father was the owner as if that meant my drink was somehow correct? He was too busy typing on his phone in one hand and making coffee with his other to pay attention to what he was even doing. What a disgraceful business. So disappointed. Everyone do yourself a favor and skip this location over.

    they put the wrong cheese on my bagel, my drink wasn’t mixed, and I waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru when only two cars were in front of me ☹️ I love Dunkin, but hate this location

    Sometimes this Dunkin is ok, but very often it is not. I have a garlic allergy, and they frequently substitute things I’ve ordered for things I’m allergic to or include things I didn’t ask for that I am allergic to. I really don’t think they should be allowed to make substitutions without asking the person who ordered, even with mobile orders. It is very disappointing and frustrating. After today’s incident I’m probably not going back to this location.

    placed a mobile order once and none of the items were in stock so i had to pick from leftovers when i got there. did a group order in the morning and the service sucked and they forgot my doughnut. don't tell me my order is good when stuff is missing.
