As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Great food, high prices, not in the best area of town. I come back here maybe once every other month simply due to prices and location, otherwise a great fast food joint.

    Checker's customer service tried to stop us from getting 2 double cheeseburgers. We ended up having to wait 30 minutes extra to get our burgers. They're machine said we were due 10 burgers but we were only giving 5. We had a coupon for a Big Buford, so that's when we found out about the missing food. The manager was very rude and abrasive towards my husband. We really expected the cops to show up but with the help of the other staff, were finally able to go back home. No thanks to manager Amy.

    I will never eat here, there was at least 5 people standing around laughing and touching every thing with gloves on. We waited for over 10 minutes. The employee that took my other wasn't friendly, no apology for long wait. There was no other customers, so I'm confused on how why it took so long and we didn't get whole order. I don't feel like In order to do a review you have to give a star.
