As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The AI order taking system is awful and I have no idea if my order is correct because there isn’t a screen. I will never return until a human is taking my order.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Checkers today. I asked an employee for the price of a hot dog and was told he didn’t know and that I should ask the AI bot at the order station instead. When I explained that I needed my rewards scanned, the employee tried once, then stopped completely. He handed me my food, shut the window abruptly, and walked away without resolving the issue or saying anything further.
I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping the situation could be corrected. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and made no effort whatsoever to address the problem or offer any solution. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service from both staff and management.
The service at this location was so poor that it actually made me appreciate the downtown Checkers even more. I went out of my way afterward to compliment the downtown staff for being helpful, professional, and respectful. The contrast between the two locations was night and day.

Service was so slow. I stood outside in the snow for almost 10 minutes before anyone would help me. I made eye contact with an employee however she still ignored me.
