To be fair the atmosphere rating is because I should have expected that it's going to be really loud as a sports bar. So next time if we want somewhere quiet we'll go somewhere else. I was out with friends and the wait staff was amazing, they were friendly, they didn't bother us too often but paid the perfect amount of attention to my group and were accommodating about food choices. My friend wanted half of his 16 piece to be one flavor and the other half to be another flavor and they were allowed him to choose two different sauces for dipping. All the food was cooked properly and delicious. I also very much enjoyed my lemonade. It was stirred properly so that it did not have a strong syrup taste. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings I would come back. It was my first time and I was impressed.

Waited in lobby for 45 MINUTES for our carry out to be made. There was about a dozen customers waiting for their orders. We could have literally walked over to Bimbos and sat down for dinner before getting our to go order. Which is exactly what happened—a couple we saw walk into Bimbos ate and got into their car to leave by the time we got out to our car finally. The GM or manager on duty should have been apologizing & giving out refunds or certificates instead of having the lady working the front blame the poor service on a 20 top delaying everyones orders. The dining area was otherwise NOT busy. Havent been here in a long time until tonight & wont be coming back anytime soon.

The food and atmosphere are great however the service is and always has seemed to be on the slower side. The wait for a to go order is super slow all times of the day.

Sawyer is the best!! He handled a very nasty customer with the upmost respect!! Customer service is the key to a great business and Sawyer is the best example of that!! I will return Quality Food and Top Quality Service
