It seemed to be only one female at the moment and not once were me or them welcomed. It took more then what seemed to be 5 minutes for her to acknowledge the couple even before us to where my boyfriend and child had impatiently sat down. I then ordered what I thought was gonna be a dragon themed icecream bowl for my son that includes a crown and only recieved the crown. 1st and last time checking this location out…

I went here last weekend for the first time for the strawberry Dubai chocolate.Pictured below is what I had originally got. Loved it so much is came back this weekend for more. When the girl made mine this weekend, she had put it in the smallest cup. I confronted her about it and she was told it was always made in the small cup. I told her who exactly made mine last weekend which was the owner, so she texted him and was still told its the smaller cup. I was not happy about the change AND the price was still the same for the smaller cup. To top that it wasn't made anything like my photo it wasn't topped up and still left room to put a lid on it. Why would the owner do that and tell workers to put it in a small cup?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
