  Ordered a 7 dollar coffee and god something that taste just like dark coffee I’ve ordered this before and didn’t have a problem and they wouldn’t fix it so I’ll never come back

  I had a great breakfast today at the new Dunkin’ Donuts on Main near Drake. Sweet black pepper, croissant breakfast sandwich and an iced decaf with cream. Met the Owner, what a nice guy. I just found my new to go breakfast on the run.

  I work in customer service and i know how it can be, that being said i also know how to treat service workers. I recently went to this location to just get an iced coffee. My order was taken at the speaker and i assumed i was ushered forward because the wind was so bad, they probably couldnt hear me. I go up to the window and they asked me about my order (they end up getting it wrong anyways. I get decaf and it was normal, Not too worried about that).They seem to always have some sort of issue giving out decaf. As i was paying the man at the window was rude, didnt say anything to me and slammed the window. Not sure where the interaction went wrong or he was mad i was in the drive thru to begin with, but the restaurant was empty aside from the employees.
