I am never one to complain and even less to ask for a refund, but when they mess up 3 out of 4 of the items we ordered I didn’t feel like swallowing that bill so I asked for a refund. It’s been 3 weeks and all I keep hearing from them when I call to follow up is “the manager who can issue refunds isn’t in but I’ll follow up to make sure it’s being processed.” And round and round for 3 WEEKS. Ridiculous. And no, I won’t fill out your form so you can “look into it.” It’s really quite simple, just process my refund and we can all go along our way. Fall short of that and I will report you to the better business bureau.

To top the experience everything we ordered came out cooked perfectly. These guys rocked on a Saturday night.

Not to mention that the back of house smells of marijuana when you walk past. Please drug test your employees because this was ridiculous!
