I put a online order in. It said it would be ready at 12:15 pm. I walk in at 12:20. Its not even busy at all and my food wasn't even ready. They didn't even start making it. When I walked in, there were 2 people just standing around talking. So why wasn't my food made? There was a huge language barrier so I couldn't even ask them why my food wasn't made. It's now 1235pm when writing this and my food is still being made. This is by far the worst subway ever! I thought the one on ivenrest in grandville was bad.

I don't think anyone at subway knows what the rewards card is anymore any time my husband swipes it they think its a gift card and he has to swipe it a second time and they've never given him the option to use his rewards.
At this location I was disappointed in how much dressing was put on my sub. It was way more than I wanted. I told her it was enough and she put 2 more thick rows. The mustard was so heavy it was all I could taste and I struggled to eat it.

Stole my money. Put in an order online. They called and said they didn’t have the meat I wanted. They told me they couldn’t cancel the order on their end and I would have to do it from the app. There was no option to cancel through the app and before I could call back to explain that, they marked it as picked up and I was charged.

Customer service and knowledge of business and knowledge of their customers orders suck! This is the second time I’ve been here and I was on my lunch break for work today and the girl who took my order acted completely clueless when I told her what I wanted and how I wanted it done. They were out of 2 products that go on the sandwich. It’s 1 pm in the afternoon and your out already?! Waste of my lunch time and my money! This is why I go to Jimmy John’s!! You guys suck as a company and maybe consider training your staff a heck of a lot better! I AM FOR SURE NOT COMING BACK!!

The worst experience at Jenison /Baldwin location.
The person who took our order was on his cell phone the entire time.
Asked for footlong on Italian bread, toasted
He asked again, Italian?
6" or 12"
I then asked him politely to concentrate on our order rather than his phone call.
He did not toast the bread like I had asked twice
Toppings were also a struggle.
Red onion only in 1/2 - the entire sub was loaded with onion.
